Shell Pasting Machine Mini

The Ball Pasting (Packaging) Machine is used for pasting spherical shells after assembly.

Technical Specifications:

• Shell wrapping from 2" to 4" in diameter.
• Input voltage: 220V.
• Smooth and seamless wheel speed control and start-up.
• Inner coil diameter adjustable for each roll, ranging from 42mm to 75mm.
• Maximum roll diameter of 14cm.
• Wheel rotation counter for precise pasting control.
• The machine weighs only 4kg.

Drawbacks:

• Inability to adjust the tilt angle of the ball.
• Pasting is done using 10-15mm wide kraft tape with adhesive.

Please note that the machine is shipped disassembled, and you will need a hex key for assembly. If your country uses US-style plugs, you will also need a power cord.
