1. Return Window

Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase.
If more than 15 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all accessories included.

  • If the original packaging is not available, please repack securely with a suitable replacement box.


3. Sale Items

Items purchased during promotional sales or discounts are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.


4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3 business days.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before posting).

  3. Contact your bank (processing times may vary).

  4. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please email us at Info@Pyrotech3d.com.


6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

  • Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.


7. Policy Update – September 17, 2025

Starting September 17, 2025, customers must provide an unboxing video to be eligible for refunds or exchanges:

  • The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the product being removed.

  • Claims of damage, missing items, or non-intact products without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
